In one of the most beautiful residences in northern Sardinia, close to the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and more
a few meters from the parking lot, finely furnished and welcoming two-room apartment with a large terrace with a view sea.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Marmorata residence, 50 meters from the beach and with the possibility of reaching countless fantastic coves surrounded by nature on foot. The spacious balcony overlooks the magnificent Maddalena natural park and the Bocche di Bonifacio.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort and accessories you may need.
Composed of a double bedroom, the living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, bathroom with window and shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with oven and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and residence.
The apartment is very cool and breezy in summer, therefore the air conditioning is used often
it is not necessary. The telephone signal is present in some points of the apartment.
The apartment is 50 meters from the splendid Marmoratina beach and 100 meters from La Marmorata beach (in front of the Marmorata Club) which can be reached on foot along a downhill path. The sea in the bay is always calm as it is sheltered from the mistral. In front of the beach there are two small islands (Isola dei Gabbiani) which can be reached by swimming, canoeing, pedal boats, windsurfing.
La Marmorata is the exclusive residence that directly overlooks a sea with emerald green waters, La Marmorata is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. A few km from Santa Teresa di Gallura, being close to the beach, the La Marmorata residence is the ideal solution for families with small children.
The two closest beaches, La Laurina (better known as La Marmoratina) and La Marmorata, are divided by a small promontory which can be traveled on foot. The smaller Laurina beach can only be reached from inside the La Marmorata residence and for this reason it is for the exclusive use of the guests of the residence, while the second, larger beach also offers its guests the possibility of mooring small boats and has water games for children.

Parking area
Guests could avoid using the car for the whole week as the village is equipped with all the main services. Parking (free) is easily found within the village and in the vicinity of the apartment. At the entrance of the residence there is a barrier with a guardian, at check-in you will be given the card to open the barrier at the entrance.

The security deposit of 200 euros must be delivered in an envelope to the person in charge of check-in e from the same will be returned at the end of the stay after checking any fromnni. The service of towels and sheets will not be provided. It will be your responsibility to obtain them . There is no internet or wifi connection. No hairdryer is provided. The use of the air conditioner involves an additional cost of 100 euros per week. Not present tsecurity cameras, fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector. Some of the decorations and/or appliances shown in the photos may not be available or included in the apartment. 50 euros will be charged for the loss of the residence access card. For the loss of the keys, 200 euros will be charged.

Great location with a beautiful white beach next door, convenient parking. The apartment has a fantastic terrace where you can have lunch while enjoying the view of the crystal clear sea of the Costa Smeralda. Bright, well-kept, clean and furnished with all comforts. Comfortable, clean, carefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Breathtaking terrace and view. We spent a wonderful holiday with the children as the beach can be reached on foot in two minutes and the sea is fantastic. Helpful and friendly host. The services of the resort are also good, which is 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Santa Teresa where all the necessary shops are located. It was a fantastic holiday and a pleasant surprise.

Well-kept, clean apartment, equipped with all the necessary services and comforts, with a magnificent view of the sea and a stone's throw from the beach. The Residence is very nice, there is everything you need, from the supermarket, to the pizza restaurant, to the wonderful bar with a spectacular terrace overlooking the whole Maddalena archipelago. From the village itself there are enchanting little paths, which lead through the maquis to glimpses and little frequented coves, therefore very quiet and picturesque, up to the "mouths of Bonifacio", where Corsica can be admired. The Host was very helpful, an unforgettable holiday!
